Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter IT Specialist who can handle end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate's technical understanding and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures.
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Participate in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and HR operational tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
- Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical stacks (e.g., developers, designers, testers, network engineers, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
