About the Role: This role involves managing HR projects across areas such as process improvement, and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and a strategic mindset to drive impact change within the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Drive the execution of HR related projects and programs
- Work closely with project leader, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverable, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- People Engagement:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain open communication channels regards to policies and benefits.
- Support and organize people engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Drive and oversee internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Undertake any other additional responsibilities within the HR function that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR
- 3-4 years of HR experience with a focus on managing Projects
- Strong project management, excellent communication and ability to collaborate and meet timelines
