Job Description: Lead HRBP – Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning & HR Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Provide insights and guidance on HR practices, policies, and process improvements.
- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support across talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and engagement.
- HR Technology & Digitalization: Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS (DarwinBox). Drive automation of HR processes and change management for digital adoption.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Forecast workforce requirements, develop hiring plans, and align manpower strategies with budgetary constraints.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end hiring process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Retention Strategies: Analyze attrition trends and implement retention initiatives such as career development, mentoring, and engagement programs.
- Talent & Performance Management: Drive performance management frameworks including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and leadership coaching.
- Learning & Development: Partner with L&D team to identify training needs and build a culture of continuous learning.
- Employee Relations: Support handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Statutory Compliance & HR Audits: Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO/IMS standards, and internal policies through audits and governance.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 10-15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HRBP role
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects or transformations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
