Role Summary
The Operations Head will lead the HR operations function, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and client delivery across large-scale payroll and workforce management services. This role is responsible for business growth, client retention, and process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations & payroll delivery across multiple clients
- Oversee large workforce operations (10,000+ employees)
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Manage P&L, invoicing, and revenue collections
- Define and implement operational strategy, KPIs, and governance models
- Establish strong SLA, quality, and compliance frameworks
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and process optimization
- Lead client reviews, business discussions, and escalations
- Collaborate with leadership on business expansion and new offerings
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams (Managers + Executives)
- Build high-performance teams and succession planning
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
