Responsibilities:
- Manage contingent workforce operations including onboarding and lifecycle management
- Handle offer release and ensure timely communication with candidates
- Drive smooth induction and onboarding programs for new hires
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR trackers
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR support
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless HR delivery
- Support on filling the internal position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in contingent workforce management
- Good understanding of onboarding, offer management, and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling contract/third-party workforce
- Exposure to engagement and R&R initiatives
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
