Key Responsibilities
- HRIS & Data Management: Oversee HR Information Systems, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and manage personnel data.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage benefits programs, and address related employee queries.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, implement HR policies, and handle audits and reporting.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, offboarding, new hire orientation, and exit processes.
- Process Improvement: Streamline HR workflows, recommend new software, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Employee & Manager Support: Act as a consultant for HR policies, troubleshoot issues, and foster positive employee relations.
- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on HR costs and activities.
- Recruitment: Supporting in hiring Talent when needed
Typical Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Degree in Human Resources
