Role Summary:

The Senior HR Operations role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and induction, accurate HR documentation, HRIS governance, employee relations, performance cycle support, probation management, bench & internship management, compliance readiness, vendor coordination, and comprehensive HR reporting. The role requires strong operational discipline, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage diverse HR processes with precision and confidentiality.

What You'll Drive
  • End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
  • HRIS updates, workflows, attendance/leave accuracy, system hygiene.
  • Document governance: trackers, databases, and audit-ready records.
  • Employee relations and first-line query support.
  • Performance cycle coordination & PIP tracking.
  • Bench updates, resume coordination & deployment support.
  • Internship lifecycle management.
  • HR MIS, analytics & dashboards.
  • Compliance & audit support across POSH, PF, ESIC, S&E.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings:

Strong experience in HR Operations & HRIS
Knowledge of Indian HR compliance (POSH, PF, ESIC, S&E)
Excellent documentation accuracy & data hygiene
Skilled in Excel/MIS reporting
Experience with BGV & vendor coordination
Clear communication & solid stakeholder management
High attention to detail and strong process discipline
Professional maturity in handling confidential matters
