Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR Operations and Generalist functions for a dynamic IT organization. This role will closely partner with US-based stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR operations, strong employee experience, and alignment with global business objectives.
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations and Generalist roles within IT/Tech organizations
• Strong experience working with US stakeholders / global teams
• Proven ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and data-driven decision-making
• Flexibility to work in overlapping US time zones when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Process Excellence
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency across HR systems
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in HR processes
2. HR Business Partnering (US Stakeholders)
• Collaborate closely with US-based leadership and stakeholders to support business goals
• Act as a strategic HR partner for workforce planning, organizational changes, and team effectiveness
• Manage cross-geography communication and ensure alignment across teams
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries
• Foster a high-performance and positive work culture
4. Performance Management & Talent Development
• Lead performance management cycles, goal setting, and review processes
• Partner with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Identify training needs and support L&D programs 5. Employee Relations
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present HR dashboards, metrics, and insights to leadership
• Use data to drive decision-making and improve HR effectiveness
7. Team Leadership (if applicable)
• Lead and mentor HR team members
• Ensure high standards of delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
• Experience in global or mid-to-large scale IT organizations.
