We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain employee records, and support HR policies and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
- Handle employee documentation, HR records, and HRMS updates
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee database
- Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and HR documentation
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience with HRMS tools and HR documentation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good understanding of payroll coordination and compliance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in corporate, IT, or BPO environment
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and HR reporting tools
