Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain employee records, and support HR policies and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
  • Handle employee documentation, HR records, and HRMS updates
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes
  • Manage attendance, leave management, and employee database
  • Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and HR documentation

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with HRMS tools and HR documentation
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good understanding of payroll coordination and compliance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in corporate, IT, or BPO environment
  • Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and HR reporting tools
