HR Operations Executive / Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations professional with strong experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle operations. The ideal candidate should have good exposure to onboarding, offboarding, vendor management, leave administration, background verification (BGV), and HR input management while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding activities including documentation, employee communication, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
  • Handle employee offboarding processes such as exit documentation, clearance coordination, final settlement support, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate and manage Background Verification (BGV) processes with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage HR operational inputs including new joiner details, joining bonus, referral bonus, exit-related inputs, and other payroll/HR input requirements.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery for HR operations-related activities.
  • Manage leave records, leave calculations, attendance inputs, and support payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS updates accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR operational processes.
  • Support audits and provide required HR operational data and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, BGV, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Good experience in managing HR inputs such as new joiner data, joining bonus, referral bonus, and exit processing inputs.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and payroll coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to compliance and HR audits.
  • Experience working in startup or fast-growing environments.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR operational best practices
