Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Manager to independently drive our end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR functions in Hyderabad!

Role Overview

• Position: HR Operations Manager (Contact Centre)

• Role Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor (IC)

• Location: Hyderabad, India

• Experience Required: 10+ years

• Work Timings: 5 days (UK/US shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead volume hiring for Contact Centre and support functions—from manpower planning, sourcing, and interviewing to onboarding.

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Independently manage onboarding, probation, internal movements, performance cycles, and offboarding.

• Operations & Grievance Redressal: Oversee daily HR operations, resolve employee queries, and manage grievances with fairness and strict compliance.

• Retention & Engagement: Analyze attrition trends alongside business leaders and implement targeted engagement initiatives for Contact Centre teams.

• Compliance & Analytics: Ensure statutory compliance, maintain HRMS data, and deliver key HR dashboards and people analytics to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of core HR experience with strong ownership of the employee lifecycle.

• Mandatory experience in Contact Centre / BPO HR Operations and volume hiring.

• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, attrition analysis, and stakeholder management.

• Masters/MBA in HR or related field is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and HR analytics tools.
