About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Global HR Operations professional to manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to global employee lifecycle management, regional compliance, HR systems, payroll coordination, and process optimization. This role requires operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate HR processes across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers and offboarding.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operational processes with high accuracy, compliance and SLA adherence across multiple countries.
- Maintain employee records, documentation and HR databases across regions with strong data integrity and confidentiality.
- Partner with regional HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and consistent HR operations support.
HR Local & Regional Compliance
- Ensure HR operations are aligned with regional employment laws, local labor regulations and internal company policies.
- Manage employment contracts, documentation, policy acknowledgements and employee records across international markets.
- Support region-specific compliance requirements including audits, background verification, statutory documentation, and governance checks.
- Maintain and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and documentation across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM operations.
HRIS & Data Management
- Manage HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) to ensure employee data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency across global regions.
- Generate HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics for business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic audits of employee data, documentation, and workflows to ensure process compliance and data integrity.
- Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
- Validate monthly payroll inputs including employee changes, benefits, deductions, leave inputs, and statutory components.
- Support employee benefits administration including insurance, reimbursements, and payroll-related queries.
- Ensure payroll and benefits processes are compliant with regional requirements and timelines.
Employee Support & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR operations-related employee queries across international regions.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Deliver a seamless employee experience through efficient query resolution and process support.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Global HR Operations or People Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions.
- Good understanding of regional labor laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes across international markets.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools such as Darwinbox, Zoho, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience in payroll coordination and benefits administration across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a global shared services or multinational organization.
- Exposure to vendor management and international HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR automation, reporting dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting multicultural and cross-functional teams across time zones.
