In this role, you will:
- Oversee a team and manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to separation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient HR processes while driving HRMS automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Define operational targets and goals for the HR department in line with the company's overall business strategy.
- Supervise day-to-day activities, measure performance, and build operational excellence.
- Set objectives, track progress, and address employee queries.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with the Human Capital Technology team and senior stakeholders in the Talent Management team to ensure alignment with the wider group strategy.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Graduate/Master's degree with 79 years of relevant experience in HR operations, including at least 4 years of people management experience.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and focus on delivery.
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven expertise in workflow management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Robust knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience with Workday (an added advantage).
