Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background verification (BGV), workforce administration, employee movements, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Oversee People Transition and Workforce Experience teams, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, process adherence, and exceptional employee experience.
- Drive workforce governance by developing SOPs, policies, KRAs, KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, POSH, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Act as the Level 2 escalation point for employee, client, and operational matters while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Delivery, Legal, IT, Compliance, and external partners.
- Lead HR reporting, workforce analytics, audits, compliance reviews, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Mentor, coach, and develop HR Operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Required skills and experience:
- 7–10 years of HR Operations experience, with at least 4 years in IT Staffing, Managed Services, RPO, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Services.
- Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRMS, and workforce operations.
- Proven experience leading HR Operations teams, managing stakeholders, and driving process improvements in a multi-client environment.
