You will serve as the key operational bridge between HR, Delivery, Accounting, and Performance Insights teams, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (India & U.S.)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India internal roles and U.S. consultant hiring.
- Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring timelines with clear SLAs.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams for hiring forecasts and workforce planning.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
- Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent performance.
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes in India.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of HR documentation.
- Standardize HR templates, forms, and operational processes.
API Reporting & Performance Insights
- Manage API data reporting for HR, Delivery, and Accounting functions.
- Analyze performance trends and identify areas of improvement.
- Present monthly reports and improvement recommendations to leadership.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 6–8 HR, TA, and API professionals.
- Ensure effective delegation, accountability, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
Process Excellence & Governance
- Develop and enforce SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
- Act as the escalation point for HR and TA operational issues in India.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR technology and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment management (preferably in IT staffing).
- Experience managing India-based teams supporting U.S. hiring.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
