Job Description

We Are Hiring: HR Manager – Operations

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Experience: 10–15 Years

You will serve as the key operational bridge between HR, Delivery, Accounting, and Performance Insights teams, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (India & U.S.)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for India internal roles and U.S. consultant hiring.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring timelines with clear SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams for hiring forecasts and workforce planning.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
  • Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent performance.

HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes in India.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of HR documentation.
  • Standardize HR templates, forms, and operational processes.

API Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Manage API data reporting for HR, Delivery, and Accounting functions.
  • Analyze performance trends and identify areas of improvement.
  • Present monthly reports and improvement recommendations to leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of 6–8 HR, TA, and API professionals.
  • Ensure effective delegation, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Develop and enforce SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for HR and TA operational issues in India.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR technology and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment management (preferably in IT staffing).
  • Experience managing India-based teams supporting U.S. hiring.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
