About Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic intern to join our HR Operations team for 6 months. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and gain valuable experience in hr operations and development. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy to contribute to our team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in aligning engagement activities and ensuring maximum participation from employees.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintaining accurate and error-free documentation in our HRMS system.
- Collaborating with the internal teams to support hr development initiatives.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving hr operations processes and programs.
Skills And Qualifications
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and high energy level to contribute to a vibrant and dynamic team environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and email writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Fair understanding of Google Workspace.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic listener, able to understand and address the concerns of employees with compassion and sensitivity.
