Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires (both IT and Non-IT).
  • Participate in performance management and provide feedback.
  • Help manage payroll and employee benefits.
  • Conduct data analysis to support HR functions.
  • Suggest creative ideas to enhance employee performance.
  • Track employee calendars and manage vacations and leaves according to the company's official leave policy.
  • Interact with various employees daily.
  • Stock snacks for employee consumption and manage related expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Completed an HR internship.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
