Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, leave management, and exit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate hiring activities: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS, and payroll inputs
Handle ESI, PF, health insurance & statutory compliance updates
Maintain attendance & leave data; coordinate with team leads
Plan employee engagement activities and support performance processes
Maintain HR records, weekly recruitment reports, and organization charts
Manage separations including asset collection and experience letters
Skills:
Communication & coordination
Recruitment & HR operations knowledge
MS Office + HR Tools (like Perk)
