Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Handle confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.

3.Payroll & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing, attendance, and deductions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
  • Support audits and statutory inspections.

4. Policy Implementation & HR Projects

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
