Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing the entire process from job analysis and advertisement to candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection. 
  • Onboarding and Training: Guiding new employees through the onboarding process and developing training programs to enhance employee skills. 
  • Employee Relations: Managing the relationship between employees and the company, including resolving minor disputes and promoting a constructive work environment. 
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. 
  • Performance Management: Overseeing employee performance appraisal systems and working with management to set goals and improve performance. 
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering and designing employee compensation and benefits packages and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. 
  • HR Strategy: Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive talent management. 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Proven track record in HR leadership, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. 

Skills

  • Leadership and Management: Strong ability to lead and manage an HR team and influence stakeholders. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Technical: Proficiency in HR software and HRIS applications. 
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
