Job Summary

Web India Branding & Marketing Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and employee development.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or service-based company.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently and professionally.
