Todevelops HR strategy aligned with business goals, managing theemployee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, exit), ensuringstatutory compliance(RERA, labor laws), drivingtalent management& culture, handlingpayroll/benefits, and using HR tech to support a fast-paced, project-driven environment, acting as a strategic partner and employee advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR:Align HR initiatives with business goals, develop HR policies, and provide leadership with data-driven insights (HR metrics/analytics).
- Talent Acquisition & Development:Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, career paths, and retention; build strong talent pipelines.
- Employee Relations & Culture:Foster a positive culture, resolve grievances, manage performance cycles, and drive engagement/wellness programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance:Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, records, and ensure adherence to labor laws (PF, ESI, RERA, etc.).
- Performance Management:Implement appraisal systems, provide feedback guidance, and link performance to rewards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:Proven HR management, ideally in Real Estate/Construction/Services.
- Knowledge:Strong grasp of labor laws, HRMS, HR analytics, and performance systems.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education:Bachelor's/Master's in HR or Business.
Real Estate Specifics:
- HR plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance withRERAand other regulations for site staff, project managers, and sales teams.
- May involve working across corporate and project sites, requiring adaptability and travel.
