Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Dindigul. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The person in this position will partner with leadership and line managers to identify workforce needs, support talent development, and drive a positive, inclusive work culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling employee relations, coordinating payroll inputs with finance, managing leave and attendance systems, and supporting training initiatives to build skills and capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR policies, statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and use HRIS or related software tools.
• Demonstrated skills in organizing training, supporting learning initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, or manufacturing environments.
• Comfort working on-site in Dindigul, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
