This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, establish and maintain HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. They will play a pivotal role in developing training programs, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
