We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions at Melange Designing Studio. The role involves building a strong organizational structure, managing workforce expansion, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and organizational structure
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Support training & development initiatives
• Collaborate with management for HR strategy and workforce planning

• MBA in HR (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Textile / Fabric industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
