The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Lead HR operations with focus on performance, compliance, and employee engagement
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans and workforce growth
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Drive performance review cycles and support PIP implementation
• Promote learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle HR documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, insurance, and compliance
• Build and improve HR policies, systems, and people processes
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in fast-paced or creative work environments preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools like KEKA
