Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Udaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance management, and performance evaluation. Collaborating closely with departmental managers, the HR Manager will ensure policies are implemented effectively, promote a positive work culture, and address employee relations issues. The role requires a focus on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in training facilitation, employee development, and organizational alignment
• Proven ability to manage HR data systems and handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is highly desirable
