Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager (Travel) at Campfly. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. The role also involves supporting the professional development of staff and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
  • Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace diversity
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in HR software and tools; familiarity with travel or tourism industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is advantageous
