Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee full-cycle recruitment, develop and implement HR strategies, and manage policies in alignment with company goals. The daily responsibilities include employee onboarding, performance management, handling employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will also require analyzing workforce needs, cultivating a positive work culture, and collaborating across teams to address talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
• Ability to design and implement Training, Development, and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Organizational Development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage teams effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus
