Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR & Admin Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent and also look at the day to day admin task

• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in developing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
