Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will coordinate training and development activities, support leadership with workforce planning, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with management on compensation, benefits, and retention initiatives, while continuously improving HR processes to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian context.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and use HRIS or related HR software tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in training coordination, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role within the automotive or manufacturing sector is beneficial.
