Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to take the lead and drive people strategy We're looking for an experienced HR Head to lead end-to-end HR operations, build a strong workplace culture, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
What We're Looking For:
Expertise in end-to-end HR management and operations
Strong experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
Ability to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
Knowledge of employee relations, labour compliance, and HR policies
Experience in developing HR SOPs, processes, and MIS
Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills
2–3+ years of managerial or leadership experience
Experience in the NGO / Social Impact sector will be an added advantage
