Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support leaders with workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment cycles, handling employee relations, coordinating learning and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records, and preparing HR reports for management. The role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Skilzon's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic HR analytics.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitating effective communication across teams and levels.
- Ability to design and support learning and development programs, training initiatives, and career progression frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in an education, training, or tech-enabled environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Malappuram and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
