Job Summary

We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, hands-on, and detail-orientedespecially in areas like payroll and data management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

2. Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent.

3. Enhance employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.

4. Manage compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and performance evaluation systems.

5. Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and statutory requirements.

6. Handle employee relations and support organizational development.

7. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics using Excel and HR software.

8. Generate regular HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

9. Coordinate learning and development activities.

10. Foster transparent communication between management and staff.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

2. 46 years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized company.

3. Proven experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) are mandatory.

5. Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.

6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and systems.

8. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
