HR Manager
Location: Infopark, Kochi( Work from office)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations and partner closely with business leaders. The role requires strong hands-on experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs
- Handle campus recruitment, vendor management, recruitment partners, and referral programs
- Ensure timely closures and a smooth candidate experience
Employee Life cycle Management
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, role changes, and exit processes
- Oversee documentation, offer letters, contracts, and HR records
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HRMS and employee data
HR Operations & Policies
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance inputs
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams on HR-related operations
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Support managers in performance management and feedback cycles
- Handle grievances professionally and confidentially
Stakeholder Support
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and people initiatives
- Provide regular HR reports, metrics, and insights
- Support organizational changes and cultural initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an IT Services or technology-driven organization.
- Strong hands-on experience in bulk, lateral, and support-role hiring.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in HR operations and employee relations
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience working with HRMS tools (Keka / Zoho People or similar)
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
