Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, addressing staffing needs, and driving training programs to foster a productive and inclusive workplace. The role requires collaboration with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.Own IR, compliance, labour law, and workforce governance. Lead HR technology transformation — HRMS, ERP integration, MIS.Be a trusted thought partner to the MD and leadership team

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition practices
  • MBA-HR / PGDM from a reputed institution
  • 18–25 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time in manufacturing / industrial sectors
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and building inclusive work environments
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration
  • Expertise in developing and executing training and professional development programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven solutions
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable
