Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Aurangabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, manage HR documentation and HRIS records, coordinate training and development programs, and partner with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with RaseUp's mission in education.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Competence in HR administration, HRIS tools, and documentation management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to design and coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in education or service-oriented organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
