Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee all human resource and payroll functions at Ramada by Wyndham, Aligarh. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management using HRMS
- Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, bonus, gratuity, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll reconciliation and disbursement
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports
- Ensure accuracy in attendance inputs for payroll processing
- Conduct training and development programs for staff
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Ensure adherence to hospitality standards and service culture
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4–6 years in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll processing
- Experience handling statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotel HR operations
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
