This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our location in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. They will also manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration across departments, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

• Proficient in recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Strong skills in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and policy development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in managing HR software and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
