Job Description

A B OUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional HR role focused only on policies and hiring. We want someone who can build teams, create culture, bring structure, attract great talent, and become a key part of the company's growth journey. You'll work closely with leadership and play a major role in shaping the people, processes, and culture of the organization as we scale rapidly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Leadend-to-end recruitment across departments including senior leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles. Build strong hiring processes and create a high-performance recruitment engine. Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and people practices. Handle HR compliance, labour laws, statutory requirements, and employee documentation. Build and strengthen company culture across teams. Workclosely with leadership on organization structure, team building, and people strategy. Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. Helpcreate a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of. Set up scalable HR processes as the company grows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 6+years of HR experience in fast-growing companies, startups, retail, FMCG, consumer brands, or similar industries. Strong understanding of labour laws, compliances, HR operations, and people management. Someone who knows how to hire great talent — especially leadership and growth-focused teams. Abuilder mindset — someone comfortable creating systems from scratch. Strong communicator with leadership presence. Highownership and execution-driven personality. Someone who can balance professionalism with people-first thinking.
