Human Resource Manager

Location: Ambala, Haryana

About The Role

Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations for our growing hospitality business. The role will be based at the Corporate Office in Ambala and will support staffing, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration across multiple location

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant, kitchen, bar, service, and corporate positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance resolution.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment and workforce data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Support adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Maintain required HR records and documentation.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews.

Training & Performance Support

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify workforce needs and training requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR management, recruitment, or HR operations.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, café, lounge, or food service industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
