Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resource functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building scalable HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding)
  • Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs and organizational structure
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
  • Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, reviews)
  • Support managers in performance evaluations and development planning
  • Identify training needs and lead learning & development initiatives
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and legal requirements
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational and people matters
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Provide HR analytics and insights for decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 58+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Experience in tech or service-based companies is a plus
