The Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to own the people function end-to-end. Not just paperwork. Culture, hiring, and the systems that keep a high-output team running clean.
What You'll Do
- Recruitment. Source, screen, and close talent across creative, strategy, web dev, and operations. Manage the full pipeline from JD to offer.
- Attendance & Payroll. Maintain attendance and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Performance & KPI Tracking. Support quarterly review cycles and maintain documentation.
- Employee Relations. Be the first point of contact for the team. Handle grievances, policy, and documentation with discretion.
- Culture. Drive engagement, events, and the day-to-day energy.
- Compliance. Keep HR records, contracts, and statutory documentation in order.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in an HR generalist or recruitment role, agency preferred.
- Strong communication and people instincts.
- Comfortable with HR tools and structured systems.
- Organised, discreet, and proactive.
