Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the planning & implementation of HR initiatives - Performance Evaluation, Competency Mapping, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, Job redesign etc. across multiple plants in the Group. He/She will report functionally to CHRO at Head Office.

Qualifications & Experienc

• MBA in HR
• 5+ years experience in Development HR
• Experience in PMS, L&D, OD in any manufacturing organization
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
