Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all team members. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, will partner closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with the company's values. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, maintain compliance with labor laws, and ensure accurate HR documentation and record-keeping. In addition, this role will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, and promote a collaborative, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will also lead initiatives in training and development, engagement, compensation and benefits coordination, and HR reporting to support the firm's growth and performance culture.
Qualifications
  • Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to design and support training, development, and engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to support data-informed HR decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR generalist role, ideally in financial services or a fast-growing professional services environment.
