Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing performance evaluations, coordinating training programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also requires strategic workforce planning, handling employee grievances, and ensuring the well-being of the staff while supporting company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
- Expertise in crafting HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Compliance with labor laws
- Experience in Performance Management, Training Coordination, and Organizational Development
- Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- 5+ years of HR management experience preferred
