Job description
We're looking for a seasoned HR leader who can build, scale, and own the entire people function in a fast-growing organization. This role is for someone who's equally strong in strategy and executionfrom hiring the right talent to building policies, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational change.
What You'll Own:
- Lead end-to-end hiring strategy to attract and retain high-impact talent
- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and people processes from the ground up
- Own payroll, compensation structuring, and statutory compliance across all applicable laws
- Act as the go-to leader for employee relations & grievance handling
- Partner with founders/leadership on organization restructuring, role design, and scaling teams
- Drive performance management, culture building, and leadership development
- Build HR systems that scale with growthnot bureaucracy
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in hiring, compliance, payroll, and policy-making
- Strong business acumen with a hands-on mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure where none exists
- Trusted advisor who can challenge, guide, and enable leadership
