We are looking for an HR Manager who can build systems, drive hiring, and ensure workforce stability across all verticals.
Role Overview- This is not a routine HR role.
You will act as a business partner to management, responsible for:
- Hiring at all levels
- Reducing attrition
- Managing labour and compliance
- Building HR systems
- Ensuring smooth payroll and workforce operations

What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition – Source, screen, and hire the best candidates
- Onboarding & Employee Engagement – Ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Training & Development – Design and implement training programs to upskill employees
- Payroll Assistance – Support in payroll processing and attendance management
- Performance Management – Assist with appraisals and career development plans
- HR Operations – Maintain records, update policies, and keep HR processes running smoothly
- Industrial Relations & Compliance
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Training & Development
- A well-connected HR professional with strong LinkedIn connections and industry contacts
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee training, and payroll support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and execute training programs effectively
- Passion for building a great workplace culture
