Human Resources Manager - Nagpur

Meghe Group of Schools is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to join our Head Office in Nagpur.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, selection & onboarding

• Manpower planning and staffing requirements

• Employee lifecycle and HR operations

• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination

• HR documentation, MIS and reporting

• Employee engagement and grievance handling

• Supporting implementation of HR policies and processes
