Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support organizational change and growth. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, resolving employee relations issues, managing HR documentation and HRIS data, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves driving a positive workplace culture, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant teams, and preparing HR reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and managing HR documentation and HRIS systems.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Competence in workforce planning, organizational development, and supporting change management in a fast-growing company.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience preparing HR metrics, reports, and insights for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in multi-location or multinational organizations.
